Vision, Mission, Values

Spearheaded the development and launch of the corporate vision, mission and values for National Vision, Inc. The purpose of this program was to be able to tell the outside world (consumers, agencies, investors, etc) why the company exists, what they do, and how they do it. This played a key factor in hiring a new agencies to further develop the America’s Best brand. The following video was a major component in the launch of the program that was part of an ongoing multi-touchpoint communication strategy reaching more than 10,000 employees.
